Berkshire-Duroc cross, raised on pasture and forest. No crates, no confinement. The pigs rotate through wooded paddocks, rooting and foraging alongside their supplemental non-GMO grain ration.

Processing is done at a USDA-inspected facility 30 minutes from the farm. You choose your cuts — we’ll walk you through the cut sheet if it’s your first time. Typical yield is 55-60% of hanging weight in packaged meat.

Half hog includes chops, roasts, ribs, bacon, sausage, and ground. Deposit of $100 required to reserve, balance due at pickup.
